I witnessed Shera deliver excellent care to a nervous patient. Her calm and empathetic nature really put the patient at ease and her recommendation for management of the concern was medically sound and her compassionate nature was very reassuring to them. This is not the first time I have witnessed exemplary care from Shera, and I am sure it won't be the last. Glens Falls Hospital is very fortunate to employ exceptional nurses such as Shera. I look forward to working with her in years to come.
