As I write, our 83-year-old father is undergoing aprocedure. Our family has gathered from throughout the country to provide comfort not only to him but also my mom. We felt such amazing warmth patience and daughter-like disposition toward my dad from Shirley. She embraces our boisterous family dynamic, even though it complicated her job. She never hesitated to address our each and every concern and ensured our comfort while accommodating us. Shirley is warm, persistent, kind and sincere, gentle by disposition and actions.
