Shuang Li provided exceptional service in taking of my daughter during her treatment in PICU. She not only provided moral support to us but also took time to make sure we were comfortable during the time. Glad to have her at the time of treatment.

My daughter is thirteen years old. We have been in many Children's Hospitals all over the United States. My daughter has always received good care at Children's, however, when this nurse cared for her she was treated like her very own child. Shuang was extremely compassionate and went above and beyond anything any nurse has ever done for our daughter. She is a true gem to Children's Health. She not only turned up the heat in the room before giving my daughter a bed bath, but also took the time to wash her hair, ears, face, and between her toes. Sounds silly I'm sure but I can't describe how much I appreciated her. She was on top of all her care and responded promptly when needed. She was so attentive to my daughter. We will never forget Shuang.
