Sierra told me she was just finishing up orientation as a new nurse. She showed confidence in her care of me and seemed very experienced as a new nurse. I was concerned about a procedure that was scheduled for later, and Sierra talked with me and helped me understand everything. She stayed at my side and it was over before I knew it! Sierra made my day!
