During the pandemic, a patient was brought by Dubai Health Authority - Dubai Corporation For Ambulance Services. His phone was without charge and he could not find a charger. The staff tried to obtain a charger from another unit but failed. His nurse Simi John felt his pain and concern and after her shift went and bought a charger and gave it to the patient.

The patient was overjoyed and thankful for her special care! He wanted to show his gratitude by sharing the Italian currency but the staff humbly refused and instead took his blessings!
