Simone was extremely professional and friendly. I was particularly impressed with the ease with which Simone facilitated my discharge, especially the equipment needed for my care at home. She wanted to make sure that my discharge went smoothly and that I would have everything I needed at home. Knowing that everything was in place put my mind at ease. Simone went above and beyond to make sure my discharge went smoothly. As a registered nurse I have high expectations for care; Simone exceeded my expectations. I would like to recognize Simone as an outstanding nurse. I have never seen a nurse so energetic, efficient, resourceful, professional, and innovative. Her personality is contagious as she is positive which automatically makes the patient comfortable and dispels any doubts they may have. Simone was always ready to get things done speedily and with a positive attitude. Besides being a compassionate nurse, she had many ideas to apply to my problems. She handled my blood transfusion with confidence and assurance, putting me at ease. I can’t say enough about Simone. My husband and I were extremely impressed with her professional care. She is definitely an exemplary asset to Chesapeake Regional Medical Center!
