Sona Jose, RN

I was admitted for caesarean section; it was a very painful procedure for me. It was just me and my husband and it was really hard to move to do the ADLs. For 3 nights, Sona was the nurse in-charge of me. She always attended our calls on time and professionally. She smiles a lot. One time I really wanted to go to the bathroom, me and my husband do not know what to do because it was really painful when I attempt to rise and stand up. We called for help, Sona was very ready to help, her hands and touch are really easing the pain and her good instructions during the moving were so smooth when we did it. There was a small amount of blood coming from my sutured wound. She was calm, I took almost an hour in the bathroom to just ease the pain when I was out of bed. I felt cared for when I saw Sona always checking on me so many times asking me how my wound was and if it was still bleeding, I really felt safe with her. She is commendable to be compassionate and extraordinary.
