Sophia is truly a leader! There have been multiple times I've had the pleasure of working with Sophia, and she is always on top of everything. Sophia is very helpful and always has a positive attitude. It is my pleasure to nominate her for this award!

Sophia is a good nurse in 2B. Whenever I work in 2B I never see that she is simply sitting she is ready for anything as soon she finishes her work, she is ready to help others. I saw her teaching a new nurse everything very clearly. As a PCA when I call her for help to turn the pt or clean the pt, she is there to help me no matter what.

Sophia is a very dedicated charge nurse who oversees the unit's patient care and flow. She is flexible and friendly. She helps everywhere she is needed. She is experienced, and so she continues to teach and encourage the young nurses in the unit.

Sophia is a well-dedicated nurse who loves to help her patients and others. She gets along well with her patients and colleagues. As a charge nurse, she ensures her working station is organized and rounds on her patients at all times. One day, a patient needed assistance to go to the bathroom, and there was no one near, and so she decided to act quickly and help the patient. She made sure the patient went to the bathroom and made sure her stay at the hospital was comfortable for the rest of the patient's staying days. Sophia is a great team player and also a team leader

Sophia goes above and beyond for the 2B team and patients daily. As a new nurse, I am so thankful to have a seasoned nurse like Sophia to help me grow in my craft.
