Staci has been consistently patient in listening to and addressing all of our concerns in a timely fashion. She has gone above and beyond our expectations to make not only my mom but our entire family, feel comfortable and cared for and most importantly, free from judgment. She listened attentively while we voiced our grievances and frustrations that had nothing to do with her and never made us feel we were taking up too much of her time and like she truly cared.
Staci kept us informed and updated, even if there was nothing new to say, just so we wouldn't be left wondering. She comforted us in the room, and even in the hall when we were upset mom had been prescribed Tylenol for her pain, which she can't have. She immediately got to work on it and got the problem corrected. She is an exceptional nurse and by far the best care we have received at this hospital the many times we have been here.
