Stacy Albers, RN

I recently had surgery for the removal of a basal carcinoma from behind my right ear and right face. Stacy was my surgical nurse, as she has been before with other procedures. She did much more than the usual medical procedures. She explained, talked to me, and listened to me. SHE TOOK TIME FOR ME! I am a very anxious person and she put me at ease. Her voice was the last thing I heard before I went to sleep, her hand was the last thing I felt. When I woke up, her voice was the first thing I heard and her hand was holding mine. I have never felt so secure. We live in the same town. Stacy visited me the evening of the surgery to check on me. She came back again over the weekend and even watered my flowers. She is one of the most caring people I know and deserves this recognition.
