During those difficult times when my daughter was scared, nervous, and uncomfortable, Stephanie reassured her with her soothing voice and her great sense of humor.
My daughter and I have become no strangers to BCH in the past month. However this last stay we were lucky enough to have Stephanie as our nurse. My daughter was feeling down and having a hard time understanding all the tests and procedures she was facing and her nurse outright was a superhero. Swooping in to help her process and understand what was going on every step of the way. Stephanie’s patience, kindness, and empathy were heartfelt. During those difficult times when my daughter was scared, nervous, and uncomfortable, Stephanie reassured her with her soothing voice and her great sense of humor. Stephanie would go above and beyond to stay and chat and not only make my daughter feel at ease but myself as well. We are so pleased with all of our care here at BCH and are happy to make the travel to receive the best care possible! Thank you for being you and shining your light.
