Stephanie Palacios, BSN, RN

I am nominating Stephanie because I have seen her give the utmost care to her patients. One moment in particular really stood out to me. There was a patient who didn’t speak or was not understanding English. He was Ukrainian and she utilized her resources and updated his whiteboard in Ukrainian. She is always patient and that was the first time I saw the patient smile.
