Sue Arnold was instrumental in my recovery after a recent heart attack. Sue always answered my questions professionally and never made me uncomfortable with the questions I asked. Sometimes as a patient we need more than just a knowledgeable nurse. Sue became a friend as well. She worked out with me, educated me on diet and exercise, and more. She was firm, but in a good way, on what I needed to do to stay healthy. Being isolated and working at home, I'm not sure how well I would have recovered had it not been for Sue. She even brought baby shark macaroni and cheese for my granddaughter because she talked to me, listened, and took the time to get to know me as more than just a patient. Sue’s compassion is hands down the best. Just that type of care helped me more in my recovery than anything else. I want to thank Sue and the entire Tipton Cardiac Team. They are a true representation of all & more of IU Health Values. I am forever grateful!
