Sue is one of the kindest, most caring individuals KSB has ever employed. She treats EVERYONE with the utmost respect whether they are a patient, a doctor, a staff member; regardless if it is in person or on the phone. She is never to busy to answer the phone, a question, take a patient over to the hospital, talk to a family member, explain a test, hold a hand or give a hug. She has delivered medicine to a patient who could not get out; she has dropped off things forgotten at the office to a patient on her way. She always wears a smile no matter what is going on personally. She puts their needs before her own. She exemplifies "It's about the people."

Sue makes every patient, in person or on the phone, feel like they are the only ones that matter. She never rushes to them or makes them feel embarrassed about any concerns or questions they might have. From the young to the elderly, from a routine check up to an uncomfortable visit, she is there to comfort them.

Nominator - I have worked at KSB for 22 years and have known her for all those years, long enough to know that she does not smile after she clocks in, but before she clocks in. It remains on her face the entire day no matter what comes her way.
