I have witnessed Lela show exceptional restraint and decision-making when she was faced with direct foul language from multiple patients. She kept her cool and instructed her fellow staff to act responsibly and professionally. Lela welcomes everyone with a smile, is very personable, and puts you at ease. She is also able to show firmness and be conservative depending on the situation at hand. I truly believe Lela loves her job and respects her role in assisting patients with mental illnesses. Lela is both friendly and a responsible nurse when she must choose to be. Love you, Lela, you gave me a new life.
