My husband had surgery at St. Vincent Randolph Hospital. He had a total hip replacement. The staff at Randolph Hospital went above and beyond to make sure he had excellent care throughout his stay. We were met at the door with a friendly smile that made us feel very welcome. We were then taken to the OR area and visited by the surgical nurses, the surgeon, and anesthesia. They were very friendly and informative. My husband was so pleased with the doctor and the CRNA coming out and explaining step-by-step what he would experience from the beginning and throughout preop, surgery, and postop. He had the best care. They were on top of his pain management and any other need. We would highly recommend the Ascension St. Vincent Randolph Hospital Surgery department. Sarah, Kami, and Denise are three awesome OR nurses who made all the above care happen. The leadership and care that was provided will never be forgotten. We felt safe and confident that we were in the best place for my husband's major surgery procedure. Thank you!
