I was so impressed with Isi. Not only did she do everything she could to make me feel better, but she also leant an ear when I got scared or felt uncertain. She is such an asset to your facility. Isi is an amazing nurse with a great heart!

Isi paid attention to my every need including breathing, my meals, my breathing while walking, my IV sites and my medicines. She stopped by to talk to me about myself and how I feel. She made sure I could ask my doctor things and if I needed anything. She has great compassion for her patients and made a real difference for me.

I spent a week in the hospital and had the pleasure to have Isi as my nurse part of the time. She went out of her way to comfort me at a really emotionally bad time in my life. She spent hours talking to me. She persistently pursued my doctor to get things done before my journey out of the hospital. She was my voice when I had none. In short, America is a better place when she moved here from Germany. Thank you Isi, for making a difference for me!

Susan Litfin (Isi as we know her) is a blessing to her patients and coworkers! She is considered a Weekend Warrior because she works weekends on our Bariatric Unit. She is always there for her patients and their families with compassion, a kind word and the wonderful gift of being able to take the time to sit down with them and connect by listening. She is very supportive of her coworkers and our leadership team. Always willing to help and mentor, she is such a valuable team member. She is a great example of putting the human touch back into healthcare. We admire and appreciate Isi and all she contributes to our Bariatric team!
