While I was being treated with a very serious illness, Susan went above and beyond her expected level of care to make me feel safe and comfortable at all times. Susan took her time to explain things to me so I understood my treatment plan. She had patience and compassion, and knew what to say and do to calm my fears. And she met my needs in everything I asked of her. I love this woman and her ability to care for me. I will always come back to Maricopa Medical Center because of my nurse Susan.
