I called general surgery after being in the ER with my husband because he had several Lipomas on a cluster of nerves in his back and was in extreme pain. My husband was told it would be two weeks before he could be seen. Suzanne was very patient with me as I tried to make her understand the urgency of the situation, she was very kind, and she went on to tell me that she would make room for him the following week. I still felt unsettled but Suzanne assured me she would do what she could. A few days later I received a call from Suzanne telling me that I needed to bring him in for a consult and she would get me in the following Monday. Still a week away I was concerned as my husband was in pain and a week was and seem like a long time. But I excepted it and ended the call. The next day Suzanne called back and she said that she had a cancellation for Thursday the same week and she would hold the appointment for him. What an amazing person; she did not have to call me back with the cancellation but she did, and we are so grateful. Hats off to you Suzanne. Great customer service!
