Suzanne Vitali, RN

Suzanne noticed that a patient's family had dropped off hearing aids for him that had no battery power. She used her lunch break to go to the store and buy hearing aid batteries for the patient. This nurse always goes above and beyond to make each patient on her unit have the best experience possible, regardless of whether or not they are directly assigned to her. She embodies the compassionate and caring nature of nurses.
