Suzy is an amazing nurse that went above and beyond her call to be a nurse. My child is only 6 weeks old and to have a baby in that condition with tubes everywhere, to feel comfortable and to be soothed like that... I have no words but thank you. I do not know how old Suzy is, but she is a natural-born nurturer. For looking young, it comes automatically. Suzy's energy remained the same throughout the shift. She never showed fatigue or tiredness. Never did she slow down or partially do something.
She was very nice and sweet, never rude or nasty. She maintained a level of professionalism and showed confidence in her job. I do not think we would have come out of PICU as soon as we did if it wasn't for Suzy. She is an AMAZING nurse and I know I will never get another one like her. She is truly one of a kind. She is a role model for how nursing should be. I can't say enough thanks!
