I'd like to tell you about my wonderful experience with Ms. Swapna Mathew at PEC. I took my son to the AL Khor Emergency Department because he had rashes all over his body. As concerned as I was about my son's condition, Ms. Swapna created an environment in which I could relax and feel comfortable with him.

I saw how she is very passionate about her work and did what she needed to do professionally while being so caring and sweet to my son. In our profession where we have a lot to consider, being caring and empathic is something that we sometimes overlook, but Ms. Swapna remained kind and warm-hearted. She is also unaware that I am senior Even she is unaware that I am a senior member of the Hamad Medical Corporation nonetheless, the way she has treated us is commendable.

She provided reassurance and skillfully performed IV cannulations for my son, which was very stressful on both my part and my son's part. She made certain that my son was safe and secure in her care.

I believe she is an asset to our HMC and that she is deserving of the DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses, which she has provided. May she serve as an example for others to follow.
