Sydney (night shift nurse) came in on the day shift to help with a very busy day. She jumped in and provided a helping hand while providing amazing moral support and patient care. She made her teammates feel supported! Sydney stayed beyond her shift and helped into the night as well. She is the true definition of an amazing nurse. She prioritizes patient care and values what it means to be a nurse. She never complained, took on assignments as needed, and helped her coworkers without being asked. I am so honored to be her coworker and friend.
