I want to recognize Sydney for taking such good care of a very difficult and challenging patient in December. She performed her duties as a 'sitter' calmly and spoke respectfully to a very demanding and rude patient. She washed his feet, cleaning away the stool that he had gotten between his toes. This is going above and beyond in my book! He could not be pleased or contented, yet I observed her fulfilling our value of excellence. She was compassionate and took such good care of him as a patient and as a person. I'm so glad to have met her and worked with her on this day!
