Sydney was incredibly comforting, thoughtful, and helpful during our painful experience of miscarriage.

First, she took excellent care of my wife by doing what all great nurses do (using their skills and training to provide medical care, listen, and respond to patients' needs).

Then, she went above and beyond by writing us a sweet sympathy card, providing us with additional information about the miscarriage process, sharing a small gift from the hospital, and helping us to consider the different options for the baby's remains. She stayed well past the end of her shift (11:45 instead of 11 pm) to help us through this traumatic process even though she had to work again at 7 am the next morning. Sydney was a light in our otherwise tunnel of grief that night, and for that, I am forever grateful!
