I would first like to start by saying how grateful I am to Montefiore Medical Center and its great staff members. I am writing to show my appreciation to Syed Hossain. From the moment I entered the unit on the 6th floor, I was treated with courtesy and respect by Syed. He carefully walked me to my room. Syed has a warm and friendly personality that made me feel comfortable being in my room. I know that we expect this from all nurses but Syed’s care and patience were different. Syed possesses the right personality and is very mannerly for an Extraordinary Nurse. I learned that he has 2 daughters through our great conversations. I am sure they are very proud of him. I would like to thank Syed and the Montefiore staff for being there for me during my most desperate moments. For now and always, I thank you. You have been wonderful.
