My mother was in such pain with her back and couldn’t get comfortable. Tabatha searched and found a rocking recliner for her. This made a world of difference in her comfort level and allowed her to finally get some rest. Tabatha has such a calm and nurturing demeanor. She put my mom at ease. I know the nurses are very busy but Tabatha managed to make mom feel like her only patient. She took the time to explain every new medication and its purpose and make sure mom understood her treatment plan. Tabatha made sure all of our, as well as mom’s, questions were answered. Tabatha was also the charge nurse on duty at night and treated the staff and other nurses with the same kindness. She let them know she was there to help and make me feel like mom had a team caring for her. Tabatha’s smile let me know that all was well and eased my anxiety about my mother being hospitalized. Tabatha treated us like family and now she will always be considered part of ours.
