Tammy took the time to get to know me and my family during my time at Sparrow Ionia. She took care of my every need and even spent time with my toddler son while he visited. My son repeatedly asked, "where'd Tammy go?" when she would leave to take care of her other patients. It was apparent from the onset that at her core Tammy is a caregiver and a very compassionate individual. My comfort and recovery were always at the forefront of her mind and she did everything she could to advance both. Tammy exemplifies the profession and is deserving of recognition for her caring and compassionate execution of this demanding profession.
