Tara Hinnenkamp, RN, ONC

One of the most important traits of a great nurse is compassion. Tara is very compassionate to all patients. She has a soothing way to discuss issues with the patients when they are having a horrible day. She looks for the little things that make the patient more comfortable such as getting them an extra pillow or some water. She is not afraid to show her patients that she cares about them. With many recurring visits, she builds a relationship with these patients. Tara takes the time to reassure them about what is happening and what their options are. Tara has great clinical skills also but it is her compassion that makes the difference.
