Tarsha was very kind. She went out of her way to be kind and courteous. She explained the procedure to me very well and made me feel at ease. She went out of her way to be kind to my wife and daughter as well. She was very professional. Nurses like her keep Jefferson Regional going. Tarsha should take a moment and reflect on her way of making patients feel they can count on her to get the job done. She has a winning spirit and should be commended for her commitment to serving her patients. I want to take this time to say thanks to her for a job well done!
