Words cannot begin to describe how amazing Tatiana is as a person and nurse. This extremely painful and draining situation would positively have been a complete nightmare, had it not been for Tatiana. She has been the most comforting, caring, attentive, empathetic, and professional nurse that I have come into contact with in my entire history of having to deal with hospitals. I want to take this time out, to commend and give praise, where it’s due to Tatiana for her diligence, overzealous and cheerful demeanor as my advocate. She has been extremely comforting during my stay and I don’t think that I would have made it this far had it not been for her. I didn’t think her efforts should go unnoticed! She is extremely busy and yet somehow makes me feel as if I were her only patient. I know you guys are understaffed, but her exemplary bedside manner means the world to me and my family. All of our questions, concerns, and anything else that I have needed have always been addressed and she always makes sure that I have been supplied with everything that I need. She never fails to ask if there’s anything else that she could possibly do to ease my mind, or pain, or to make my stay as pleasant as possible; especially considering the fact that I am in the hospital. She has been absolutely amazing, to say the least, and it should not go unrecognized. It is imperative to me that I make the superiors aware of her unselfish and most appreciated efforts as my front line of defense, so to speak. She truly sets the bar and I have been truly blessed to have her as part of my care team. She IS Seton at its best, in a nutshell, you guys should be proud to say she is a tremendous asset to the Ascension Seton family.
