When I was coming out of anesthesia and recovering, the first person I saw was Taylor’s friendly face. She went the extra mile to ensure I was comfortable; and that my pain was kept at a minimum. Her upbeat personality gave me such reassurance that everything was going to be okay which is what I needed to hear. Based on her skills and knowledge, I could tell she was very competent and sincere in sharing good and true information which again made me feel so secure and confident in her care. As some people would say, Taylor was not “blowing smoke” to pacify me. She led with respect for not only me as her patient but for her fellow nurses. I am so glad that I had the privilege to have Taylor as my nurse. If I ever come back for any procedures or surgery, I would like her to be my advocate for my care as she made a difference for me; and I am sure others have been touched by this amazing nurse. She is the epitome of what a role model for nursing should be. Thank you, Taylor, for being my nurse, you are a superstar!!
