Taylor is one of the best nurses I know. She is always making everybody smile and laugh and makes sure not only her patients but also her co-workers feel seen and heard. She has a true passion for what she does and it shows Every. Single. Day. It doesn’t matter what kind of day she’s having; she never fails to show up for her patients and give them 110%. It’s rare to see a nurse with this much compassion, even through the burnout and the bad days. She’s real with her patients rather than acting like a robot in every room, running through the same routine… she makes an effort to connect with every patient, so they feel truly taken care of. As someone who is working towards pursuing nursing, she is a huge role model to me and exactly the kind of nurse I hope to become.
