Our department has been hit pretty hard over the past couple of months, and without Ted we would not be a functioning department. He, almost single-handedly, has been the laborer for everything that falls on a management team. He has fulfilled all of the tasks presented to him, kept up with the million emails directed to him, kept our department in the loop with all of the expectations, meetings, and trainings, and also has been such an amazing encourager, even though he is graying faster by the day! Pedi Express would not be the same without him. Our expectations in the department have always been to be above excellent, and Ted has managed to help us hold together, work harder, and strive to be the absolute best we can be. He is constantly trying to find methods to tighten our processes, be more efficient, and be better at all we do in the department. Pedi Express loves Ted!
