At 1 am this woman was moving beds and chairs to make sure my family could be comfortable. She talked me through everything and overall made me feel calm. I was having emergency surgery and was in extreme pain but through all of that, I won't forget how calming she made my experience. I'm chronically ill so I have been in and out of hospitals my whole life and I have never found someone who made me feel like a human. She does. She for once made me feel like more than just a human dartboard for doctors to poke at. She always explained everything and the feeling even if I had the medication before. Truly a beautiful woman.
