I came in to deliver a big baby, estimated at 10 pounds and 2 ounces. There were a lot of other things going on that night. Ms. Chan was the nurse for this patient and was completely professional. She even had a nurse being precepted with her. Ms. Chan showed exemplary team spirit and kindness to the patient and at the same time, she was encouraging the patient who only spoke Spanish. I am really grateful that everything turned out well and without any complications. I have watched her all these years in and she maintains absolute professionalism and I hold in high esteem for her teamwork. This is why I wholeheartedly believe she is a DAISY Nurse.
