Teresa Lambert, MBA, BSN, RN

For 35 years, Teresa Lambert has given her heart and soul to this ministry. First in direct patient care as a bedside nurse, and for the last several years as a leader in our organization. She is committed to quality, safety, and delivering the best patient experience. She has been instrumental in our journey of achieving Magnet status in nursing and being named one of the Top 100 hospitals in the nation this year here at CHI St. Vincent Hot Springs. She models our core values of integrity, inclusion, compassion, collaboration, and excellence in everything she does. Most importantly, she deeply connects to our mission and heritage and is a witness of God's healing love and grace in all that she does. We are blessed to have her on our team.
