Teresa is an extremely attentive and caring leader. Her consistent commitment to high-quality patient care has made a difference in our patients' experience.
To have a manager who cares for me, not just in work but also in my personal life, is a treasure that most do not have. Teresa is not only an incredible manager, but she is also a loyal and kind person whom we can all count on. The Lobby North staff feels their worth and are reminded every day when they go to work. Her compassion to all her staff and all her patients is one of a kind. She always lends a helping hand, even beyond her duties. Teresa is very involved in patient care, whether it is helping patients with a bedpan, cleaning patients, or transporting patients. Despite a difficult year of covid, Teresa shows her true and best self at work each and everyday, continuing to inspire us all. With Teresa being a selfless leader, she has made Lobby North come out stronger and closer than ever.
