Teresa Line incorporates the professional practice roles of a nurse and inspires others to do the same. She is kind to every patient and treats them with the dignity and respect that they deserve. She continuously goes out of her way to make sure that all of their needs are met and then continues to address emotional and psychosocial needs that can often be overlooked. Teresa provides holistic care and has compassion that cannot be matched. She also takes the time to teach and assist others. She has a co-op and is also looked up to by others on the floor because of her experience and leadership. She takes the time to be present in the moment for all patients, families, and co-workers. When someone has a question she will answer it and work through it with them to ensure they understand and if she is not positive about the answer she will find it out. Her work ethic is second to none and team work skills are appreciated by everyone. Teresa deserves the DAISY Award for her unwavering dedication to the nursing profession and Sanford as a whole; we are lucky to have her!
