I had Teresa as my nurse for 3 days. I was impressed at her knowledge of the healthcare field. She made sure everything was taken care of and done the correct way. I never needed anything or felt alone. She showed a lot of respect and made sure I was comfortable and she was very fast. Teresa never acted tired or like she did not have time for me. I was in a lot of pain and she made sure that my needs were met. She possessed a lot of knowledge about medicines and procedures.
My family visited me while I was in the hospital. They were also impressed with her. She made sure everyone was take care of as well. I watched her go from room to room and never complain. When she left me the last night, she made sure to tell me "goodbye" and to have a wonderful life. I feel God has truly blessed me with Teresa as my Nurse.

Teresa is a Traveler RN whom we hired for the Ortho MedSurg Unit. She transitioned as a traveler RN in the unit smoothly when she started. Teresa comes to work on time and prepared. She is pleasant to work with. She builds rapport with the patients and communicates respectfully to her patients and peers. She's flexible with her schedule and has a positive attitude. Teresa is also engaged with the unit, she attended our Unit Based Council to share her experience on Bedside Shift Report Process in the other hospitals she worked. We renewed her contract to continue to work for the unit. We're happy she's part of our team.
