Our sweet daughter W was delivered at Riverside Community in your care. However, she was stillborn due to her diagnosis of Anencephaly. We knew the fatal outcome but wanted to do everything in our power to give her the best life possible. Also, the best delivery. Surrounded by love and support from family, friends, and the hospital delivery staff. The support we have received from the Riverside Community was beyond what we could have expected. The love and care that you have shown our daughter was precious. It put my heart at ease knowing that she was cared for by everyone who interacted with her. I prayed for all of you. Before we came to induce, I prayed for weeks for you. I prayed that God's hands would be extended through you, and He did just that. During W's delivery, we felt nothing but love. We spent a long time putting together her birth plan making sure every action was what we felt was right for W, and it was carried out by you with such grace and understanding. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every nurse and doctor that cared for us was such a blessing. I want to thank every single one of you from the bottom of my heart for your gentle and knowledgeable care.

Getting W's hand and footprints, taking pictures, giving us mementos, and her birth certificate. I cannot say anything else but thank you. Thank you for taking W. I was so nervous about having some random nurse taking her when we were discharged, but when you came in for her, I was so relieved and moved. At that moment, I knew she was in good hands.
