Teri Fields, RN, CLC
The importance of Teri at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit can’t be overstated. Teri has devoted her career to the kind, gentle, and compassionate care of her neonates, their parents, and extended family members. Teri worked with passion and purpose to maintain the health and well-being of her patients, always mindful and sensitive to the parent’s needs as well. She was an advocate for creating positive experiences for her patients and family members. She made many sacrifices during her night shifts to ensure the betterment of patients and improve patient and parent satisfaction. She is dedicated to nursing as a mentor, and role model. Teri always promotes a positive image of nursing. Teri served as a preceptor for new hires and nurses with lesser experience. NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Hospital and the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit staff wish Teri many congratulations on her retirement.
