My father was admitted for three days. His potassium was found to be critically low. He had severe pain in his neck and left arm. Terri was not his first nurse, but when she came on shift there was a noticeable calm that came over my father and everyone involved around him. He was concerned about not having his seizure meds for some time due to testing, so Terri addressed it immediately. This quick action did the most to calm my father and rapidly improved his recovery.
