Terry took it upon himself to enurse a resident's laundry was cleaned to the standards to which the family members maintain. The resident's wife was called out of town for 8 days. During this time, Terry took the resident's laundry home, laundered it the same way the resident's wife would have and brought it back daily. Terry's extra effort towards patient-centered care made a big difference to the resident and the family.

Terry helped out the wife/family of his patient. The patient lives at Surrey Place and his wife had to go out of town due to her uncle's death. Terry went above and beyond by taking laundry home and returning it to the family clean. Terry has 20 patients. It is really going above and beyond and caring about the dignity of a patient to do their laundry. He is wonderful.
