I came to the ER on a super busy night so all staff was working extra hard and all patients were extra grumpy due to long waits to be seen. When my turn finally came, Theresa listened to me which made me feel validated. She also did a great job of putting me at ease while doing something that caused me to have panic attacks in the past, getting IVs put in. I also witnessed Theresa calm a little boy and get him to take the meds that he needed. She has a gift with people and is great at her job! Thank you!
