There was no single specific situation that demonstrates how great of a nurse Tom was because he was just fantastic overall. He ensured that my wife was as comfortable as possible throughout her stay at Saint Peter’s and constantly checked on her, even when he wasn’t the nurse assigned to her. It was clear that he genuinely cared about making sure she got better, and he was very encouraging and supportive. We also appreciated his ability to educate us about all the procedures and medications she was receiving because it alleviated a lot of our concerns/fears about her condition. We are all grateful for having him as a nurse.
