I have a drainage catheter which scared me. My nurse called Tiffany Hill to help. She came and taught my RN about draining my chest drain and then explained it to my sister as well.
Tiffany Hill smiled and so calmly showed my sister and the nurse how to do my drain, so I could get drained and go home. Tiffany is a beautiful and calming person. She took her time with me.
