Tim treated me like I was part of his family and that I was important. He had to spend a lot of extra time helping me and I felt happy every time I saw him come in. I knew he was doing everything he could for me. I said "Thank God" when I learned he would be taking care of me the next day!

Tim took care of my dad after my dad had a stint placed in his heart. There was a problem with the site oozing. Tim came in and applied direct pressure, which seemed like every 10 minutes. This was very draining physically and mentally for him. He made a great decision by asking others for help when he needed it. The whole time he was under control, kind and compassionate. He totally kept his professional demeanor even when my mom dropped a cup of ice-cold water on the front of his pants. It took a surgeon and a cardiologist to fix the problem. My dad's spirits were very low and he wanted to go home. He asked if Tim would be taking care of him the next day when he had to have another stint put in. When Tim told him he would be here he had a change of heart about leaving. Dedicated, caring, professional and kind are just a few words to describe Tim!
