Tina was exceptional. I believe my grandmother was at the cusp of going in the direction of death or great disability if she would not have stopped in and asked us how we were doing and then stayed and listened to our concerns. Doctors were coming in and they did not listen they just agreed and walked out, but did nothing. Once Tina came in things began to happen because she listened and cared. Sometimes I think when people see someone is older (89) they just think they sit around and are always ill but Tina listened to me tell her this was not my grandmother's norm. She is an active 90 year old and an artist that still paints intricate paintings. If she did not have this I believe she would die. Thanks to Tina's intervention I believe she will go home to Eastgate and be able to paint some more wonderful paintings. You are lucky to have this wonderful and caring RN. Not only is Tina good with people, she also is a good medical advocate and an excellent RN.
