I hope I never have to undergo such serious surgeries as I've had over the past 2 years but if I ever do, I want Toni for my nurse. I've had numerous surgeries on my knee since Oct 2016- she has been my nurse for all visits. With my first surgery I told her I was afraid of previous bad experiences and although she wasn't working in postop that day she was right at my side as I awoke from anesthesia. For my next visit she was waiting for me in preop when I arrived. (She had turned down an offer to go home early and choose to stay for me.) Toni is soft-spoken and calm, perfect for her role in those areas. For me, her soft voice and kind words have helped me through the process. All the nurses have been very kind to me and I appreciate the kindness they also have shown me. Toni is a true DAISY Nurse. Thank you to my very special nurse.
